Description
260 Brass sheets are an excellent candidate for most processing techniques as well as both indoor and outdoor applications. When brass is exposed to natural elements, it will patina and develop a greenish or bluish hue over time. This product has great corrosion resistance, conducts electricity, and has a semi-smooth surface with a yellow-brass color and defined edges. Hex bars are commonly used in corrosive environments, mechanical or architectural applications, gears, and ornamental projects. ASTM B16 360 brass is a standard specification for brass plate, sheet, strip, and rolled bar.
Please note, ASTM B36 260 Brass sheets do not come with a protective film to prevent surface scratches.
