You will receive an estimated completion time/date when you place your order, based on lead times and your project needs. When you receive the follow-up notification that your order is ready for pick-up, it’s time! Our will call hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Both locations (Minneapolis, MN and Fort Worth, TX) offer will-call pick-up, just let your Account Manager know which you prefer when placing your order. If you’re purchasing items online, our website is currently only set up for pick in Minneapolis; however, if you’d like to place your order online for pickup in Fort Worth, please contact us, and we can make it happen.
Both of our locations have convenient customer parking lots. Follow the signs for customer parking and if you go astray…our friendly welcoming crew will point you in the right direction.
Head inside the store to the will-call desk and bring the “Your Order is Ready” email. Any payment due will be collected and an invoice provided. You will be asked to give a description of your vehicle, then we’ll deliver your items right to you. As you leave, you’ll be asked to show your invoice copy at the Quality Control checkpoint, this step ensures you’re leaving with the correct items!
We will load material into your vehicle, but securing items is up to you. We do sell straps and other items you may need to ensure your load is safe and secure and will cut full length items in half for free to make transport easier.
Since every order is different, we take time to carefully assess your order so we can determine the custom packaging solutions that will work best. If you have questions about how your items will be packaged, please contact us. You can also request your order to be packaged a certain way, for example, on a skid. Some packaging options may incur a small fee.
If you provide your alternate with the “Your Order is Ready” email, they will be able to procure items on your behalf. You may receive a confirmation call to ensure you know the person picking up, and that you approve of the transaction.
If you have not come to claim your order after three outreach attempts, we will restock the material. Typically, this occurs in about 60 days.
Once your order is in process, it can’t be cancelled, but you may be able to return it. Here’s our official Return Policy.
