Laser Cutting

Coremark Metals has a highly controlled environment for laser cutting, resulting in a stable, reliable, and highly accurate result. In this cutting technique, a focused laser beam is directed at the material which casues it to melt and vaporize. High pressure gasses are used in tandem with the laser beam, and the cutting head moves along the material to create an exothermic reaction. This leaves a high-quality surface edge and more precise cuts using less energy than comparable metal processing techniques.

Description

Precision laser cutting leaves the cleanest edge and the tightest tolerances of any processing method we offer. Our CNC lasers have the ability to cut a variety of grades, alloys, and thicknesses of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. DXF and/or DWG drawing files are required for your custom laser cut parts, but our experienced estimators can engineer your drawing for you and will work with you to ensure your parts deliver the end results you are looking for.
