Description

Our A1011 hot rolled pickled and oiled (P&O) steel I hooks, also known as weld-on clevis mounts, are fabricated in-house using our precision lasers to ensure consistency and accuracy. Choose from a variety of thicknesses and sizes with 13/16” hole diameters. Characterized by a smooth, blue-grey finish, the hot rolled steel material has undergone a “pickling” process, meaning the plates have been dipped into acid to remove the mill scale from its surface. Once the pickling process is complete, a light rust preventative is applied to slow down the corrosion of the material, making them paint or powder coat ready. A1011 is considered a commercial quality alloy material and is commonly used on trailers, structural support systems, and wench systems.
