Description
304 2B stainless steel sheet is an excellent candidate for most processing techniques as well as both indoor and outdoor applications. This non-magnetic product which has a dull grey 2B mill finish. Its high strength properties and excellent corrosion resistance make it ideal for applications including fresh and salt water marine equipment, liquid tanks, pressure vessels, beer kegs, and food processing equipment. ASTM A240 is the standard specification for chromium and chromium-nickel stainless steel plate, sheet, and strip for pressure vessels and for general applications.
